BOOKING POLICY

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.  

• If you pay in full at the time of booking, the deposit is included within the total price 

• If you pay a deposit to book, your outstanding balance is due by 28 February 2024.  Payment plans are available on request by emailing julie@truyouwellness.yoga 

• If you book after 28 February 2024 full payment is required

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

​

• If the organiser cancels the retreat, you will receive a full refund, including deposit, and any monies paid

• In the event of cancellation by you, regardless of the circumstance, the following refund amounts, minus the non-refundable deposit, apply: 

- Cancellation 0-2 weeks before start date : 0% 

- Cancellation 2-4 weeks before start date: 25%

- Cancellation 4-8 weeks before start date: 50% or 100% if I can fill your place at this stage

- Cancellation more than 8 weeks before start date: 100%

You should take out adequate insurance to cover for such losses
