Service Description

An 8 week online course you can enjoy in bed, to nourish your nervous system. Simple accessible tools to support deep rest and slowing down in a world that keeps you distracted and overstimulated 24/7 15 minutes of gentle slow somatic release practices alongside soothing breathwork to regulate your nervous system, and switch on your natural relaxation response helping to prepare you for yoga nidra 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra – known as ‘yogic sleep’ Yoga Nidra is a guided deep meditation done lying down that dissolves through the 5 layers of being to put your body and mind into sleep state whilst a thin veil of awareness remains. A non-doing practice of listening, surrendering, receiving and deep relaxation that offers a fully comprehensive practice in itself Live sessions on Zoom each Wednesday 9.15-10pm and recordings so you can continue to deepen your practice at a time that suits you No previous experience needed, and you can do these accessible practices in bed, or on the floor. Nervous system regulation and relaxation is helpful for everyone. However, in addition, this course would be very supportive for anyone in overwhelm, burnout recovery, insomnia, or navigating chronic illness, pain or injury recovery. Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are offered on cancellations up to 72 hours before the class or course starts If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you may transfer your booking to someone else to attend in your place, by emailing Julie ahead of the event start date to arrange.
